How To Prepare Aloe Juice At Home And Use It To Cure Acne - A Step-By-Step Guide

The aloe vera plant is one of nature's many wonders, being well-known for its healing properties and incredibly rich nutrients. Most people are aware of the power of aloe vera gel to soothe burns and scrapes on the skin, but did you know that you can ingest aloe vera juice internally? Due to the many anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties of aloe vera gel, it not only helps to heal your skin externally, but it can also be used to treat troublesome skin conditions such as acne as well.
Research has proven that one of the primary causes of acne is excessive production of toxins stored within the body. When these toxins are not able to find their way out of your body through natural digestive processes, they will surface on your skin in the form of bumps, pimples and blackheads. Utilizing aloe vera gel as a "powerful ingredient" in a refreshing homemade juice drink will give your body the toxin-fighting nutrients it needs to clear your skin up literally from the inside out. All you need is your own aloe vera plant and a few simple ingredients detailed below, and you can make your own acne-busting, skin-clearing aloe vera juice drink! Here are the steps to take to prepare an effective aloe vera juice for your acne;
Step One: Cut off a large, healthy leaf from your aloe vera plant. Allow the resin to drip out of the leaf by holding the cut end down. Don't worry about the gel coming out; it's thick enough to fight off gravity and stay inside the leaf.
Step Two: Use a sharp knife to carefully peel the rind away from the leaf, and discard it. Make sure to cut the leaf length-wise, using slow and even movements. Try to avoid any jerking or "hacking" movements, staying mindful of good safety practices at all times.
Step Three: Use your knife to remove the aloe vera gel out of the leaf, making sure to exclude the yellow layer close to the outer skin. The gel that you harvest from the leaf should be completely clear; make sure to keep as much of the yellow layer out of the gel as possible. If your leaf is big enough, this should leave you with roughly 2 tablespoons of clear aloe vera gel. If you don't have that much gel yet, you may need to cut another leaf from your aloe plant and repeat the above steps to get more gel.
Step Four: Place the gel in a blender as soon as possible, and then add one cup (8 ounces) of any type of citrus juice such as orange, pineapple or grapefruit. The type of ingredients you add here are very flexible; you may want to add some fresh fruit and water instead of fruit juice, or if you're feeling more adventurous, you can add almond milk or coconut milk.
Step Five: Blend the juice and gel together until it has a smooth, even appearance. Then, just pour the juice into your favorite cup or glass and enjoy!
Drinking this aloe juice drink four or five times a week will provide your body with the nutrients it needs to rid your body of acne-causing toxins, and it will help you eliminate acne from the inside out!
